Morning Pages: Embodied Writing

Movement and writing are often considered to be, perhaps surprisingly, linked. Many have had the experience of ideas clicking into place when moving, or even just getting outside. This is a session for anyone who wants to invite in breath, stretching, or bodily awareness into their creative practice. Spend the morning being led through a gentle, expansive movement practice rooted in creative exploration, guided by your own levels of comfort.

Beginning in The Wheeler Centre foyer, this session will take you on a movement journey through the CBD that will get your creative juices flowing.

You can find a guide to the walking route here. This route may change.

If you have any concerns about the accessibility of this event, please get in touch with us,
here. This includes if you need sensory adjustments, and would like the walk to focus on quieter areas of the city.
