Lamisse Hamouda (she/her) is a writer, youth worker and theatre performer who lives on the unceded lands of Meanjin (Brisbane). Her writings have been published in various publications including Arts of the Working Class, Diversity Arts Australia, SBS Life and Jdeed Magazine, and her poetry was included in the anthology, Arab, Australia, Other: Stories on Race and Identity. Lamisse has run writing workshops with Marion Writes (ACT), Logan City Council (QLD) and Ferien vom Krieg (Germany).
